Stability Traits of Probiotics Isolated from Korean on Spices and Propolis

Abstract: Health beneficial probiotics are fastidious microorganisms and sensitive to various environmental conditions, so that their survival rates could be affected by various factors such as diet, stress, senescence, and antibiotics.
