TOME i5y AVRIL 1954 Introduction.-Nous distinguerons deux grandes classes d'alimentations stabilisées : 1° LES ALIMENTATIONS STABILISÉES DIRECTES.-Elles reposent sur l'emploi d'un élément non linéaire qui agit directement sur le courant ou la tension à réguler, tels sont : le tube à néon stabilisateur de tension, le tube fer-hydrogène stabilisateur de courant, etc. Ces appareils sont simples, faciles à réaliser mais leurs possibilités d'emploi sont limitées : impossibilité de modifier de façon continue la valeur de la tension ou du courant stabilisé, réalisation devenant délicate pour des valeurs extrêmes du courant ou de la tension, rendement faible. 2° LES ALIMENTATIONS A RÉACTION.-Dans ce dispositif, on maintient constante la différence entre la tension de sortie et une tension stable de référence.
