St-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction in Young Patients: Risk Factors and Prognosis

Abstract: Objective:ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is a common event in old adult. However, STEMI remains poorly described in young. We aimed to assess risk factors, angiographic results and in-hospital prognosis in young < 45 years presented with STEMI.Design and method:All patients hospitalized for STEMI and aged between 18 and 65 years were retrospectively enrolled in this study.
