Abstract:Introduction: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant tumour that develops in the squamous cells that make up the middle and outer layers of the skin. It often forms on parts of skin frequently exposed to sunlight. It is usually not life-threatening, though it can be aggressive causing serious complications. However, nasofacial groove is a very uncommon area for the origin of squamous cell carcinoma.
