Squamous Cell Carcinoma Lung Secondary to Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Vagina With Superior Vena-Caval Obstruction Masquerading as Lung Abscess

Abstract: BACKGROUNDPrimary vaginal cancer represents only 1% to 2% of malignant neoplasm of the female genital tract and squamous cell carcinoma of vagina is most common form of vaginal cancer and is usually restricted to the vagina. Rarely it metastasises to lung, liver or bone. Squamous cell carcinoma and its association with lung abscess have long being recognised.
