Squalene monooxygenase(SQLE) protects ovarian cancer cells from ferroptosis

Abstract: Background: Ovarian cancer is one of the three major gynecological cancers, which is closely related to squalene monooxygenase (SQLE). We aim to clarify the role of SQLE in ovarian cancer. Methods: The expression of SQLE was detected by qRT-PCR, Western Bolt and immunohistochemistry.
