“…[99] The work demonstrated an improvement over the previous studies for both small-area PSCs and spray-coated perovskite PV modules, reaching efficiencies of 15.7% and 11.7% (3.8 cm 2 , aperture area) respectively. [103] This confirmed the enhanced stability induced by inorganic Cs in multi-cation perovskites, which was also observed by Saliba et al for spincoated PSCs before. “…For the perovskite material with a given chemical composition, the crystal structure may vary with different material preparation conditions, resulting in different tolerance factors. [ 81,87,92,142 ] The larger or smaller t value of the perovskite crystal may induce a distortion in the lattice.…”

“…Hybrid perovskites have attracted great interest due to their tunable bandgaps and superior energy conversion properties. The bangap tuning were generally implemented by changing the composition by halogen anion [10][11][12][13][14] or cation [15][16][17] Nowadays, the synthesis methods of perovskite NWs were ascribed to solvent evaporation assisted self-assembly method [19][20][21][22][23][24] . And most reports utilized organic polar solvent such as N, N-dimethyformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) in solution method.…”
