SpotLight Proteomics: uncovering the hidden blood proteome improves diagnostic power of proteomics

Abstract: The human blood proteome is frequently assessed by protein abundance profiling using a combination of liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
