Sport management and the national code of science, technology and innovation

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the context of research in sport management in Brazil concerning the synergy between the University-Industry-State about the National Code of Science, Technology, and Innovation. The Legal Framework for research and innovation in Brazil, embodied in Law No. 13,243, of January 11, 2016, sanctioned by the President of the Republic, was used as a guide for data analysis. The theoretical framework was anchored in the theoretical model of the triple helix. This work presents a qualitative approach. The position in this text implies a closer approach between the area of sport management and the productive sector, governments, and civil society.
