Sporadic Renal Angiomyolipoma: Can We Adopt a Uniform Management Protocol?

Abstract: Renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs), formerly known as PEComas (tumors showing perivascular epithelioid cell differentiation) are common benign renal masses composed of a varying ratio of fat, blood vessels, and smooth muscles.
