SPOPL induces tumorigenicity and stemness in glioma stem cells by activating Notch signaling

Abstract: Glioma stem cells (GSCs) have been associated with high heterogeneity, recurrence rate, and resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).
