Spontaneous regression of pulmonary metastases following palliative nephrectomy.Case report

Abstract: A case of spontaneous regression of pulmonary metastases following palliative nephrectomy has been presented. The unusual clinical course of this case has been noted. The occasional strange behavior manifested by metastatic renal carcinoma is discussed and a rational approach to this problem is suggested.
