Abstract:Spontaneous pneumomediastinum has been reported as a rare complication in COVID-19 pneumonia. Symptoms in pneumomediastinum are usually nonspecific. A 36-yearold male patient was admitted to our clinic with shortness of breath, cough, and left flank pain. His computed tomographic (CT) examination of the thorax showed pneumomediastinum.
