Spontaneous Organizations: Collaborative Computing Model of a Networked Organization

Abstract: Abstract-In most real life organizations, actions usually occur irrationally among their members which modify the behaviors of the organizations. As in Occupy Wall Street (OWS), for instance, that starts in 2011, and it was ongoing over more than 600 communities since then.
