Abstract:Spontaneous convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (cSAH) is a vascular disease different from aneurysmal SAH in neuroimaging pattern, causes, and prognosis. Several causes might be considered in individual patients, with a limited value of the patient’s age for discriminating among these causes.
