Spontaneous multilevel airway haemorrhage in acquired haemophilia A

Abstract: Otolaryngologists' awareness of underlying haematological pathologies and their natural course of disease in cases of severe airway haemorrhage is of paramount importance in anticipating evolving issues in management of these patients.
