Spontaneous infantile choledochal cyst perforation

Abstract: Spontaneous perforation is a rare complication of infantile choledochal cysts. A 23-weeks female with acute biliary peritonitis is described and differentiation from a spontaneous perforation of the extrahepatic bile duct highlighted.
