Abstract: Introduction. Spontaneous bilateral ectopic pregnancy is a rare condition easily overlooked or misdiagnosed. We present a case of spontaneous bilateral tubal ectopic pregnancy and discuss the difficulties in diagnosing and treatment of such patients. Case outline.
