Spontaneous Acute Spinal Epidural Hematoma : Three Cases Report

Abstract: Spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma is uncommon , The classical clinical presentation is acute onset of severe irradiating back pain , followed by the signs and symptolns of a rapidly evolving spinal cord compression .
