Spondylodiscitis with Extensive Spine Involvement—Case Report

Abstract: Spondylodiscitis consists of an inflammatory process of infectious origin that affects primarily the intervertebral disc and spreads to the adjacent vertebral bodies, often evolving into osteomyelitis, with consequent associated neurological damage.
