SPM probe-assisted surface nanostructuring of boron-doped diamond

Abstract: Surface modification of conductive boron-doped diamond has been conducted using the electrical field of the probe of a scanning probe microscope (SPM) at varying relative humidity (RH) of the ambient environment.
