Abstract: Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) surfaces are commonly used within Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to represent geometric objects. When using isogeometric analysis (IGA), it is possible to use such NURBS geometries for numerical analysis directly.
