Splenic Rupture and Massive Hemoperitoneum Due to Coagulopathy after Atheris Viper Snakebite

Abstract: Coagulopathy with defibrination is one of symptoms accompanying snakebite envenoming, where life-threatening complications such as massive bleeding and organ hematomas formation can occur.
