Splenic infarct with scrub typhus: a rare presentation

Abstract: Scrub typhus has a variety of clinical presentations ranging from asymptomatic to fever with chills, myalgias, hepatitis, gastric ulcerations and pancreatitis, all being attributed to disseminated vasculitis, with splenic infarction being a rare presentation.
