One of the biggest problems the nation and the entire society are now coping with is juvenile criminality. Growing rates of young offenders are extremely concerning for a nation's social system and for a civilized society. Among the primary issues contributing to social disarray is delinquency. They're raising proof that children's health and mental wellness are impacted by their spirituality and spiritual growth. The role of spirituality in the psychological well-being of children who conflict with the law is a subject that has drawn interest from academics and researchers worldwide. Spirituality is more individualized, and new research shows that engaging in spiritual activities has a beneficial impact on children. This paper examines the available data and considers the potential effects of various spiritual practices on mental health and wellness as part of an inclusive framework. Among the item that makes people naturally spiritual is that it truly is said to improve people's health. The study aims to find out the function of spirituality on children's mental health and to explore the connection between the power of spiritual belief and mental wellness. The prime purpose of this study is to give an outline of the written works on the part that spirituality plays in children in conflict with the law's mental health to increase awareness regarding the self, social life, workplace, and daily life. The next part is a few of the study's secondary objectives, which are the causes of children's conflict with the law.

Dalam penyelidikan pembangunan model, analisis keperluan dijalankan bagi memastikan produk yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi keperluan pengguna. Penyelidikan ini dijalankan bagi mengenal pasti keperluan dan spesifikasi model islamik daya tindak keluarga dalam menangani gejala gangguan mental dalam kalangan remaja di Selangor. Bagi mewujudkan model yang mampu memenuhi keperluan keluarga sebagai pengguna, analisis keperluan telah dijalankan ke atas 4 orang ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak remaja yang mengalami gejala gangguan mental di sekitar negeri Selangor. Pengumpulan data adalah melalui temu bual separa berstruktur dan teknik persampelan melibatkan ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak yang mengalami gangguan mental yang menetap di negeri Selangor. Data kualitatif daripada temu bual dengan ibu bapa telah dikategorikan dan dianalisis untuk mengenal pasti tema untuk memahami data. Analisis data mencungkil tiga tema utama iaitu: (1) Kesediaan ibu bapa dalam menghadapi anak yang mengalami masalah gangguan mental, (2) Pendekatan dan tindakan yang diambil ibu bapa dalam merawat anak mereka yang mempunyai gangguan mental dan (3) Stigma dan pandangan masyarakat terhadap pesakit dan isu gangguan mental. Analisis dapatan menunjukkan bahawa model islamik daya tindak keluarga dalam menangani gejala gangguan mental dalam kalangan remaja berpotensi untuk berkembang dan ditambah baik. Selain daripada tiga tema utama yang dikenal pasti, cadangan dan spesifikasi yang diperolehi daripada temu bual dengan ibu bapa memberi maklumat berguna untuk membangunkan kandungan model. Dapatan ini akan digunakan untuk mereka bentuk dan membangunkan model dalam fasa seterusnya. Dapatan ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu dalam menghasilkan model yang mampu membantu mengurangkan masalah gangguan mental remaja dan memberi panduan kepada ibu bapa dalam berdaya tindak berlandaskan pendekatan secara Islam.

This study focused on analyzing the situation and experiences of residents in MIMAROPA Youth Center, Poblacion, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro and the status of programs, services, and facilities. It aimed to understand the significant effects of government interventions to the rehabilitation process of children-in-conflict with the law using a phenomenological design of qualitative research. The respondents of the study were five residents and six informants from MYC staff, selected purposively. This study used photovoice technique, an interview, observation, and document analysis to gather the necessary information. Using the design, it was able to describe the lived experiences of residents in MYC, their situation, and the effects of the programs and services on the rehabilitation of residents. It was discovered that, while programs and services are adequate, there are still gaps in their implementation, resulting in residents’ boredom, anxiety, and stress. The study also found out that the programs and services offered by the MYC are beneficial and effective for its residents, as they helped themselves developed as children and prepared them for their reintegration.
