Abstract: Low efficacy of treatments and chemoresistance are challenges in addressing refractory hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). SPINK1, an oncogenic protein, is frequently overexpressed in many HCC cases. However, the impact of SPINK1 on HCC treatment resistance remains poorly understood.
