SpindlesTracker: An Automatic Workflow for Spindles Analysis in Time-lapse Images

Abstract: <p><strong>Objective</strong>: Quantitative analysis of spindle dynamics in mitosis through fluorescence microscopy requires tracking spindles elongation in noisy image sequences.
