При вызванной наложением лигатуры на седалищный нерв нейропатической боли наблюдали снижение плотности TASK-3 каналов в нейронах ипсилатеральных L4 и L5 дорсальных ганглиев, а количество TASK-1 каналов не изменялось [12].
