Abstract: Intramedullary spinal cord metastases (ISCM) are a rare and challenging manifestation of metastatic cancer that have devastating impacts on the individual’s neurological function, survival expectancy and overall quality of life. Given the rarity and poor prognosis, there is a lack of consensus in management. Uterine carcinosarcoma itself is a rare cancer, accounting for less than 3% of all uterine cancers.
