Abstract: Spinal Intramedullary NeurocysticercosisAbstract: In a case of progressive myelopathy and radiculopathy the cervical MRI of the 26-year-old patient demonstrated a large hyperintense intramedullary space-occupying lesion with moderate perifocal contrast enhancement.
