Spin direction dependent quantum anomalous Hall effect in two-dimensional ferromagnetic materials

Abstract: We propose a scheme for realizing spin-direction dependent Quantum Anomalous Hall Effect (QAHE) driven by spin-orbit couplings (SOC) strength in two-dimensional (2D) materials.
