Spielberger State and Trait Anxiety Level in Healthcare Professionals During the Covid-19 Outbreak: A Case of Tepecik Hospital

Abstract: Sağlık personelinin dinlenme ihtiyacının planlanarak, sadece bulaşma riski değil uykusuzluk ve yorgunluğa bağlı oluşacak diğer risk faktörlerin kontrol altına alınmasını sağlayacak çalışma ve dinlenme ortamlarının oluşturularak çalışma saatlerinin yeniden planlanması, stres ve kaygı düzeylerinin azaltılmasına yönelik destekleyici idari çalışmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.
