Sperm selection by birefringence: a promising non-invasive tool to improve ICSI outcomes

Abstract: Objective: Despite higher sperm DNA fragmentation may affect intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) outcomes, sperm selection protocols do not evaluate this parameter.
