Spectrum of musculo-skeletal disorders in sickle cell disease in Lagos, Nigeria

Abstract: BackgroundSickle cell anemia (SCA) is a common genetic disease in Nigeria. Past studies from West Africa focused on isolated aspects of its medical and surgical presentations.
