Abstract:Multiple congenital anomalies-hypotonia-seizures syndrome 3 (MCAHS3) results from mutations in the phosphatidylinositol glycan biosynthesis class T (PIGT) gene leading to defects in glycosylphosphatidylinositol transamidase complex (GPI-TA) synthesis.
