Specifics of pesticides effects on the phytopathogenic bacteria

Abstract: Abstract:The data concerning the effects of pesticides of different nature on the phytopathogenic bacteria was examined and summarized. Without extensive research on the mechanisms of interaction between pathogenic bacteria and pesticides in the literature review a similar message about microorganisms of soil and phyllosphere are included. The bacteria can be suppressed permanently by pesticides with a mechanism of action that universally affects biological processes in living systems. Long-term storage, ease … Show more

“…Constantly in agrophytocenosis, phytopathogenic bacteria are exposed to all chemical substances that are used in significant amounts for intensive cultivation of agricultural plants [1]. However, when studying the impact of pesticides on biological objects, this group of microorganisms is almost completely out of the attention of researchers.…”

“…atrofaciens D13 was isolated from claybrown spot-strokes on a leaf-sheath of wheat, that was collected in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Isolation of bacteria from plant samples, inoculation and cultivation of them on solid medium and preparation of a bacterial suspension were performed according to generally accepted techniques (Patyka et al, 2016(Patyka et al, , 2017.…”

“…Pesticides are also widely used for dressing seed and planting material, coating, water repellency, encapsulation, toxication, etc. (Xu et al, 2019;Alonso-Díaz et al, 2019;Patyka et al, 2016). The classification of antibiotics and antimicrobial substances of different origin (natural and artificial) is the result of human thought for a better understanding of the process and its systematization.…”
