Abstract:Cotton Ramulosis (Gossypium hirsutum) is an important disease affecting cotton plantations in Brazil, and its causal agent, Colletotrichum gossypiivar.cephalosporioides(Cgc), according to the Brazilian phytosanitary authority, was considered a regulated non quarantine pest.
