The press, by spreading the availability of resources, shortages linked with preservation. In this sense, the work explores nine briefings from 2019 to 2022 published in national newspapers regarding the lack of supply, quality, benefit, punishment and discomfort as a consequence of the water situation in a demarcation east of Mexico City. This finding was considered as evidence of a moderate degree of media coverage the press regarding the problems arising from water shortages. From the results discussed its implications with other studies conducted in the demarcation.

La pandemia impactó la gestión del conocimiento a través de las políticas anti COVID-19 dedistanciamiento y confinamiento social. Los sistemas educativos transitaron del aulapresencial al aula virtual mediante una autogestión de contenidos acordes a la tecnología,dispositivos y plataformas. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue explorar las dimensiones de lagestión del conocimiento en el contexto de la crisis sanitaria. Se realizó un trabajopsicométrico, exploratorio, correlacional y transversal con una muestra de 100 estudiantesseleccionados a partir de sus habilidades computacionales, emprendimiento informativo einnovación académica en una universidad del centro de México. Los resultados indican el norechazo de la hipótesis nula relativa a las diferencias entre la estructura teórica de tresdimensiones respecto a la estructura empírica observada. En relación con las políticas antipandemia se recomienda la prevención de riesgos y la promoción de la autogestión de saberescomo factor extensivo del modelo propuesto.

Promoting self-care, indicated by trustworthiness, agenda setting, and co-responsibility, implies an emotional process and a rational treatment of information about a public health problem such as an epidemic or pandemic (Molina et al, 2019). This is so because, although it is a biochemical phenomenon, it becomes a public health problem by involving political and civil actors in the goals, tasks, and objectives of health professionals, who may have access to the media, but they are replaced by communicators, journalists, presenters, reporters, columnists or informants on the public health problem.…”

Governance is institutional when common objectives, tasks and goals prevail in its relationship structure. The isomorphism that distinguishes health institutions can be seen in their care protocols, but also in the findings reported in the literature and external observations. The objective of the study was to establish the structure of relationships between the findings reported in the literature to compare them with the observations of experts. A documentary study was carried out with a sample of sources published in institutional repositories, considering the search by keywords during a period of 25 years. The results show a centralized government in the isomorphism, but conflictive, as well as a peripheral corporate government. In relation to the literature consulted, lines of study related to the dimensions of institutional governance are indicated.
