The model of a quality management system based on international standards ISO 9000 series is recognized in all the world. The aim of the article is to show the competitive advantages of a construction company in the modern market by improving its quality and product management system. We consider the implementation of the provisions of international standards ISO 9000 series as an effective solution to the problem. Quality improvement is a continuous work aimed at improving the technical level of product quality, quality of its manufacture, improving production elements and the quality system itself. The authors of the article give a specific method for improving the enterprise quality management system with a developed sequence. A risk-based approach to creating an enterprise quality management system was also considered. The main research methods in assessing the technical condition of certain building materials are differential, integrated and mixed methods. The authors show the calculation procedure using these methods, as well as the main results of their application. Then, the article provides a methodology for calculating the level of product quality, which is evaluated by a set of indicators, which do not include economic indicators.

The article describes the main causes and sources of impulse - vibration effects on the elements of the "machine tool - device - tool - detail" system. The paper deals with the development of methods for increasing the efficiency of machining due to the rational choice of technical solutions for vibration protection by design and technological methods with the use of vibration monitoring. A criterion for the efficiency of machining is given, which is determined by a matrix using scalar parameters, which are traditionally used for vibration diagnostics. A complex criterion for the quality of machining has been determined, which describes the indicators of the geometric accuracy of the machined surface. The block diagram of algorithms for selection and rational use of structural and technological methods of vibration protection of technological system elements is presented. Vibration and technological criteria for choosing solutions for vibration protection and monitoring are proposed. The implementation of the developed algorithms is considered on examples of machining and numerical estimates are given, confirming the high quality of the developed solutions.

The implementation of information security systems is one of the main components, without which the existence of any modern medical institution is impossible. This question is actual for the healthcare industry. This is confirmed by the presence of large-scale measures that are being implemented as part of the Russian Federation’s healthcare modernization program. But the result of informatization is not always achieved easily and successfully. This process includes the equipment of the technical support of the organization and the fragmentary implementation of information systems to the full informatization of medical institutions with the introduction of full-featured medical information systems. Informatization of healthcare organizations makes it possible to systematize a large amount of information. In turn, this requires the implementation of personal data protection systems, storage, archiving and access to this data. The introduction of these systems into the healthcare industry of the Russian Federation has recently entered a new stage. It has complex tasks to integrate new technologies that provide information security to medicine. So, the most pressing problem of the medical industry is information protection, that is, the creation of an ISMS (information security management system).
