“…TIANamp Micro DNA Kit (Tiangen) was used to extract the genomic DNA. 2bRAD libraries were prepared according to previous studies [ 16 , 19 ]. First, the genomic DNA was digested with 4 U of BcgI restriction enzyme (NEB) at 37 °C for 3 h.
