Abstract: The highly lethal brain cancer glioblastoma undergoes dynamic changes in molecular profile and cellular phenotype throughout tumor core establishment and in primary-to-recurrent tumor progression. These dynamic changes allow glioblastoma tumors to escape from multimodal therapies, resulting in patient lethality.
