Spatially separated indirect photoemission in undoped ZnSe/BeTe type-II quantum wells studied in pulse magnetic fields

Abstract: Spatially separated indirect photoemission in an undoped ZnSe/BeTe type-II quantum structure is investigated by applying pulse magnetic field up to 50 T. A method was applied to extract the intrinsic circular polarization degree from photoluminescence (PL) with strong in-plane anisotropy.
