Abstract: BackgroundMacrophages are abundant immune cells in the microenvironment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Conventional immunohistochemistry-based studies with varying prognostic significance precludes a comprehensive analysis of macrophage subtypes in DLBCL.
