Abstract: The development of Spatially Resolved Transcriptomics (SRT) technologies has revolutionized the study of tissue organization. We introduce a graph convolutional network with an attention and positive emphasis mechanism, named "BINARY," relying exclusively on binarized SRT data to delineate spatial domains.
