Spatial Regulation of MCAK Promotes Cell Polarization and Focal Adhesion Turnover to Drive Robust Cell Migration

Abstract: The asymmetric distribution of microtubule (MT) dynamics in migrating cells is important for cell polarization, yet the underlying regulatory mechanisms remain underexplored.
