Abstract:This paper discuss the relationship between population ageing and migratory movements, analyzing from a spatial dynamics of population in large urban agglomerations. We show that the spatial dynamics of ageing in large urban agglomerations is heterogeneous, having as a differentiating element until now the average income of the population and the historical process of urban development, with a tendency to change due to the acceleration of ageing in progress.
