Spatial and environmental correlates of organism colonization and infection in the neonatal intensive care unit

Abstract: Extrinsic factors partially explained risk for neonatal colonization and infection. For P. aeruginosa, infection prevention efforts at locations with space for more equipment may lower future colonization.
