Abstract: SAMMENDRAG I Norge har det over lang tid vaert en tendens til å vektlegge helserelatert omsorg på bekostning av øvrige tjenester i den hjemmebaserte eldreomsorgen. Vi hevder at dette har ført til at sosiale omsorgsbehov langt på vei er blitt en blind flekk.
