“…Coffee grounds waste have poly fractional composition in the particle size limit from 0.5 mm to 1 mm. Using IR spectroscopy methods, it has been shown [10,11] that coffee grounds, in their chemical composition, are characterized by up to 6 % or more content of caffeine, alkaloids and their companions, up to 1 % of chlorogenic acids and their derivatives content. The general performance of the peak in the absorption length range from 2900 cm -1 to 1800 cm -1 indicates the presence of water in the samples.…”
