Sorafenib suppresses hepatitis B virus gene expression via inhibiting JNK pathway

Abstract: Aim: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a major cause of chronic liver diseases. Sorafenib is a multikinase inhibitor and an approved anti-liver cancer drug.
